Add normalization jupyter notebook

Hi @haesleinhuepf,

As discussed here the normalization notebook. Therefore, this PR contains:

• added stackview as installation requirement in readme file of subsection image_analysis_basics
• normalization notebook

If you feel the notebook is too long, I could split it into two notebooks

• overview and techniques of normalization
• impacts and risks of normalization

I did not do this yet as the second notebook would start with a problem then and I know that this is not the ideal way how the Bio-image Analysis Notebooks should be structured.
