Mpris shortcuts aren't working.

In gnome 3 the media applet on the top right can no longer change stations in gradio 7.1 (stop and start still work strangely). Similarly, start and stop / pause work and forward and back don't in keyboard shortcuts.

I confirm that this is not working on GNOME 3.26.2.

I am not sure if this is the same issue, but on KDE Plasma 5.13.5 on Debian 10/Buster/testing using flatpak the panel applet says "nothing is playing" while showing Gradio logo and all buttons are grayed out.

Gradio says to be version 7.2, flatpak 1.0.4, flatpak info
