Strange double click behaviour

Open niedworok opened this issue 6 years ago • 2 comments

Hi,

when I single click on a favorite in the library, gradio starts playing the station. When I then double click another favorite, the currently playing station keeps playing after a (fraction of a second) break.

The solution is obviously to single click favorites, still the behaviour is confusing.

Used Version 6.0.2 on Ubuntu 16.04 via flatpak installer.

Regards

Well.., with the first click you start the playback. With the second click you stop the playback.

This behavior is normal. It is not intended to double-click.

Anyway i cannot reproduce you described behaviour.

I know it is closed, but I just want to note that I can reproduce it on linux mint 18.2 mate both with master and stable versions. While listening a station X, double click another one, say Y; and after a pause (like any station change, it stops the station and play a new) the station name will change to Y but the stream remains from station X. It may also stuck on the stream X when you try to play any station in the library. It also can be reproduced with "rather quick" media key use: e.g. next, then play-pause. --by the way, (play-pause, next and previous) media keys are not responding in linuxmint 18.2 mate. I don't know whether it is a gradio issue or not, but playctl works well. It is like it cannot "steal" the media keys, but other media players can. I think, cancelling "double click" action may teach the user to use single click ;)
