RStudio Server in sections 1.4 and 8

Some (many? a few?) book users may be using RStudio via RStudio Server.

These users will be able to skip 1.4.1 and 1.4.2.

I'm a longtime RStudio user who has since started working quite a bit using RStudio Server. Something I've had to get used to is that the notion of "session" can (depending on setup) persist beyond closing and opening browsers tabs and windows.

It could be worthwhile to remind RStudio Server users of the value of restarting R using Ctrl-Shift-F10 every time they point their browser to the server to start using RStudio, because there may be things hanging around from last time. R Sessions have to be closed explicitly. The recommended changes to the global options in 8.1 only impact what happens when an R session is explicitly closed.

Also, it seems to me that Ctrl-Shift-F10 does not restart RStudio as it says in 8.1. I think it just restarts R.
