Installing bigvis failed

Hi

Tried to install this package but failed:

devtools::install_github("hadley/bigvis") Downloading GitHub repo hadley/bigvis@master from URL https://api.github.com/repos/hadley/bigvis/zipball/master Error: running command '"C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-34~1.4/bin/x64/R" --no-site-file --no-environ --no-save --no-restore --quiet CMD config CC' had status 127

Is there an expected date for publishing this package in CRAN? Looking forward to using it to visualize a 0.5 million large data set.
