Error: length(z) == 0 || length(z) == n is not TRUE

when i have a smaller dataset, condense works great, but when the size of rows (> 50000000), i get the following error which tells nothing:

Error: length(z) == 0 || length(z) == n is not TRUE

any idea how i can resolve this? The dataframe exist out of 3 variables and >50000000 rows.
