What do you think about producing a non-square matrix from the outer call?

That could be implicitly shows how outer works, and if you subset it to obtain at least one of the result out of the “squared” region, it could be simpler to view the column-major rules (because the su setting number still the product of the integer and decimal part of the content-character number, but the interpretation cannot be symmetrical anymore, i.e., one of the two (i.e., the integer or the decimal part) can behave to a single dimension only!)
