Why should this be removed?

Maintained repo added a while ago: https://github.com/mikevanes/spotify-card-v2, which is a fork of the original Spotify card:

custom-cards/spotify-card was abandoned and spotcast v4.0 and upwards breaks the card this fork aims to keep it working.
