Why is it like this after changing the video

Any context? What do you mean changing the video?

What I mean is video face swapping. The prompt shows that the face change was successful, but the video has a blurred screen and flashes

I have same problem.

with 1.16.3: RuntimeError: D:\a_work\1\s\onnxruntime\python\onnxruntime_pybind_state.cc:743 onnxruntime::python::CreateExecutionProviderInstance CUDA_PATH is set but CUDA wasn't able to be loaded. Please install the correct version of CUDA and cuDNN as mentioned in the GPU requirements page (https://onnxruntime.ai/docs/execution-providers/CUDA-ExecutionProvider.html#requirements), make sure they're in the PATH, and that your GPU is supported.

pip uninstall onnxruntime onnxruntime-gpu pip install onnxruntime-gpu (1.21.0) problem

The flashing faces only appears when face enhancer is enabled.

Zenquik avatar Apr 19 '25 01:04 Zenquik

Yep, doing "Live" and my face is flashing in a square shape. Even as "Face Enhancer" is off.

Same issue here, it's just noisy latent space.

Ok I might have found the solution. You need the FP32 model of the inswapper

Thanks for this great repo! 🙌
Looking forward to exploring it.

This problem is like a ghost, often appearing. Today we updated version 1.9, and the results have reappeared. The last time was to uninstall onnxruntime, and then reinstall it to restore it. This time it won't be successful. We downloaded both the inswapper models FP32 and FP16, so the problem isn't here at all. The author has now released a commercial version, and almost without exception, they close the open source version without looking at any issues. I hope a big shot can take over and let it continue to flourish.

I managed to fix mine by just reinstalling, which was odd since it didn't work the first time. Also, the author always had a commercial version. The open source version is just behind per the rules. We still get updates and fixes, so chill.

I also reinstalled it and the issue disappeared. But after running twice, it reappeared. I didn't do anything, it's said to be like a ghost. This issue has gone through multiple versions and still hasn't been fixed. The key issue is that the author did not take it seriously and even chose to turn a blind eye. Whenever similar issues were submitted, the author chose to close them directly

Chill man, you're not paying the guy so don't be that demanding. Also, have you tried a full clean install? I have reinstalled multiple times and tried to recreate the problem but it did not pop up anymore except for the time I left a message here. Everything runs in tip top shape so maybe it is a you problem.

I can understand the charges, but you can keep this issue and not close it. At least everyone can discuss and solve it together. I understand that the author doesn't have time to solve it, but please don't close it directly. Originally, this project was a plagiarism of the Roop, but it inexplicably became popular. Most of the code was copied from the Roop as is, and the author did not make much contribution. They used someone else's open source Roop to fix it and then sold it for money, which is not appropriate in itself.

Jandown avatar May 07 '25 00:05 Jandown

This is still free and you can install it 😅 you will have the latest issue soon until we fix everything. And it's still open source. You can also contribute to the code as well. We only pre package it (and it's huge, 3gb for nvidia which can't be handled by git for free). The community is also helping you.

So I don't see why are you having issues here.

Also, will close this as it's already solved.

I encountered the same problem

Why open this again lmao @hacksider you should pin the solution, many encounter the same problem and open multiple tickets.
