Live Feature

I'm trying to use the live feature, but it's extremely laggy and feels like a freeze frame every 2 seconds. I also tried using it with OBS, but I can't set DeepFace Live as my main camera, so I'm unable to fully utilize the live feature. Do you have any suggestions or tips on what might be going wrong? (im on mac btw)
