Handle Face Jitter and Inconsistent White Earring Artifact in videos

We're encountering two key issues during video processing with Deep Live Cam that are affecting the visual consistency and realism of the generated output:

Inconsistent White Earring Artifact:

Issue: We've observed a white earring stud appearing in some frames of female avatars, even though none of the people in the input data are wearing earrings. This artifact is not present in all frames, leading to further inconsistency. Impact: The unexpected appearance of earrings in some frames introduces visual artifacts that are distracting and diminish the realism of the generated video. It’s particularly problematic because it affects only some frames, causing a flickering effect.

For females this is every time. Please help me to resolve this

Frame Jitter or different lighting:

Issue: There is a noticeable jitter in some frames, particularly in the consistency of lighting across frames. This jitter creates a slight difference in lighting between frames, which affects the overall visual coherence and realism of the final video. Impact: The jitter disrupts the smoothness of the video and makes the transitions between frames appear unnatural, reducing the quality of the output.
