Add System Channel Restorer instructions

This adds instructions for using System Channel Restorer to the main path of all platforms where OSC was previously, moving it back a step in the path

i dont really see why it needs its own page, couldnt we just make a finalizing setup page for it instead?

I think that is what we've agreed on Discord, but was still not updated.
