Description of the issue(s)

"If your console has a menuhax based CFW setup, you should clear HOME Menu’s extdata, then follow all instructions on your SysNAND."

A console from unknown origins on an unknown CFW setup could be on menuhax, arm9loaderhax, or boot9strap. The guide handles A9LH and B9S users appropriately by providing instructions that work on both setups, but the menuhax-related instructions would be unfamiliar to someone who, for instance, dug up their older brother's 3DS that hasn't been used in years and is still on menuhax. In general, in the off-chance that someone new to 3DS homebrew stumbles upon a menuhax 3DS, they wouldn't know these instructions apply since the point of this page is to identify existing CFW setups.
