Choose the color for the plotting.
Hello, it would be nice to choose the color of the plot, I have 9, CSV being input to the software it would be nice to select the color.
it also would be nice to be have a vertical line to follow the plots. thanks it is a nice program and very fast and light. -CL
hello @clroute66, thanks for the input! choosing plot colors is a nice idea! However I do not understand what you mean by vertical line that follows the plot?
also: how do you take the CSV as an input for the software?
Thanks for the response so quickly, I am using the airgradient.com device, have hook up to my computer, I have add some more senors to the unit, light and pressure it work great, the data come over like this. Co2, TVOC, NOX, TEMP, HUM, PM25, AGI_PM25, LUX, PRESS 615, 0, 0, 24.2, 44.7, 1, 4, 137.0, 740.95 616, 0, 0, 24.2, 44.9, 2, 8, 137.4, 740.96 617, 0, 0, 24.2, 44.8, 0, 0, 137.8, 740.96 618, 0, 0, 24.2, 44.8, 1, 4, 138.2, 740.93 619, 0, 0, 24.3, 44.7, 3, 12, 138.3, 740.96 619, 0, 0, 24.3, 44.7, 2, 8, 138.8, 740.95
I have the device send a sample out about every minute (depends how much detail I want), I think is cool to look back on the data to see the low or high pressure systems change the weather we are having. I guest I like playing around with a lot of different senors, lol
I guess what I mean about the the vertical line to follow the this is a plot from a different program in windows is the o/s i am running on
it is a great program. just adding my 2 cent worth. thank you. -CL
I see, thanks! The serial monitor should have a vertical and horizontal line in the plot at the location of the cursor - is that not the case for you?
yes I have used that function, some times with the plot being big make it hard to pin point the number you are looking at, could it follow the trace of the plot (data) as a option?
aaah, now I get it! you want that cursor/line to always follow the latest datapoint? I'm not sure if that wouldn't make the plot too cluttered if there are many datapoints on it..
when you zoom in one the plot it should focused just the one plot?
yes, but in your image on the bottom, the blue, yellow and white line are pretty close together, so if all cursors are always shown, they could easily cause overlay and cluttering...
