Make the "Download as raw HTML" link wget friendly

I'm investigating switching from Etherpad to CodiMD for my radio show, but I need to be able to import the HTML from my own code in RadioTimer within the browser. With Etherpad it's as simple as appending export/html to the URL…

So similar to #330 it would be nice to have the raw HTML output wgettable.
