Cover page has wrong links when linkifyHeaderStyle is not "keep-case"

/features#Share-Notes is valid only when linkifyHeaderStyle is "keep-case" (default).

You should add

app.locals.linkifyHeaderStyle = config.linkifyHeaderStyle

to app.js and <% if... to public/views/index/body.ejs
