Allow theme switching for exported HTML pages

Hi, I think it would be nice to have the ability to switch between dark and light themes on the exported HTML page, just like how you can with the editor. Or at least have the option to export to HTML with a certain theme applied. Below is an image of what I have in mind for this. Image of idea
