simple roller support cannot work except "\support {2}{ insertion point }[ rotation ];"

this two commands, \support {2oo}{ insertion point }[ rotation ]; \support {2 ooo }{ insertion point }[ rotation ];

cannot work in my Mac, I don't know whether or not my computer environment issue.
