Display problem when remove file from a gist

• App Version (Command/Ctrl + ,):Lepton v1.8.1

Description of the problem / feature request / question:

If I remove a file from a gist where there is more than one file.The code doesn't change but the file's name do.If I submit,the result is right.

If possible, provide a sample gist or screenshot:

step 1:Crerate a gist and add two files. step 2:Edit the gist and remove file "1111".The code doesn't change. step 3:Submit.The result is right.
