Enable content search in .leptonrc

As mentioned in https://github.com/hackjutsu/Lepton/issues/82, only the content of the downloaded snippets can be searched. This feature doesn't seem to be useful, so I plan to make it disabled by default. Users should be able to enable it in .leptonrc.

Any news on this? I can't seem to find .leptonrc. Not being able to search through snippets/gists that are already downloaded to offline storage is pretty inconvenient.

the downloaded snippets can be searched？ how to use it ? this feature is very useful and nessisarry!
