@cduong5 I see that you are assigned to this issue. I am going to unassign you from this issue for now, since it requires UX team to build a replicable UX Research program and my understanding is you are from the design team. If I have confused you with another member of the team and you are on the research team, please let me know by responding to this comment on the issue.

Usability testing 2 occurred on Feb, 2022. We summarized the findings and reported on Jun 2022 with Journey Map and Issue Tracker
