Overview

We need to check the Issue queue (weekly) to make sure all open issues are either labeled with role, priority, feature labels or are tagged with appropriate missing labels. And that we are reducing the number of issues with missing labels.

I added some labels and milestones to issues. Performed the check again

I also checked that all issues in the icebox had a dependency. I reviewed the dependencies and determined that on one issue, the criteria had been met; moved the issue to the new issue approval column for review
