Bug: My Projects, Restore option not working from icon

Dependency

• Research leads will take a look at RP005, and determine which of these solution we will apply
  • make the trash can work and keep both
  • remove the restore button
  • remove the trash button

Describe the bug

You can restore projects, that you own from the My Project's page, Deleted Projects tab, using the kebab, but the trash icon that should become available when you select the check box does not ever become active.

Steps to Reproduce

• 1. Go to My Project's page
• 2. Click on Deleted Projects
• 3. Scroll down to Filter by Created By and choose the user that has "(Me)" after the name
• 4. click a check box for one of the projects
• 5. Error: Trash icon is not changing color (from gray to black) and is not clickable
