Content: Draft email for Snapshot Submittal notification
Overview
We need to draft the email message that will be sent from the application to the DRO when a snapshot is submitted by a user so that the LADOT DRO staff member will be able to log into the application and see the submission details on the Manage Submission page
Details
in the email it will have the Project ID, and take you to Snapshot Admin (should be Manage Submissions) page showing the selected project
- Email Title
- The email title should be the following, where {DRO NAME}is the name of the DRO (e.g,, New Snapshot Submission for DRO: Valley)
- New Snapshot Submission for DRO: {DRO NAME}
- The email title should be the following, where {DRO NAME}is the name of the DRO (e.g,, New Snapshot Submission for DRO: Valley)
- Email Body
- will include a link to the application with the project ID encoded in the link (similar to how the snapshot sharing works). Please make sure that when you provide the link, it has a unique name, such as "Manage Submission for Project {ID}" where {ID} would be the project ID, instead of repeating a generic link name (e.g, "click here", "Manage Submissions", etc.)

@Maarimar I reviewed the messaging and the slide. Made a few minor changes, added some questions to the slide. Rabia is moving it to the release deck (discussion section), but here is what it looks like
we met with stakeholders and kevin provided a sample of an email footer from LADOT Bonnie will add this to issue

@ExperimentsInHonesty Are we looking for something like this or more simple? Would we like a mobile version as well?
@Maarimar Just leaving a note here to remind us that you were going to simplify the footer on this to remove the persons name, title and phone number, but leave the left blue bar, gray box, logo and Name of department.
