Redesign the date and project status info on the summary page

Overview

Users will need to see the date and time of when a Snapshot was created and the Date of when the project was last saved.

Action Items

On page 5 of create project page, add the following:

  • [ ] Snapshot Created: YYYY-MM-DD, 11:03 AM Pacific Time
  • [ ] Date Last Saved: 2023-03-04, 21:05:15 Pacific Time
