2023-02-07 STAKEHOLDER MEETING NOTES: We are not removing the current sentence, we will get guidance from TDM about how we are going to route the email between two choices:
- send them directly to the email address or
- send it to a customized form.
Xander will speak with the project review team about how they would like to get correspondence about projects and get back to us.
2023-04-04 STAKEHOLDER MEETING NOTES: The stakeholders did not have a preference for the feedback form.
Bonnie: Discussion is feasibility first, then design comes up with some potential solutions. Feasibility Questions to answer: can they choose from selecting the open project they have now, or multiple projects they have saved? Design questions: how might that work design-wise?
2023-04-04 TEAM MEETING NOTES:
A multi-select drop-down would be added to the feedback page that will show different projects and when a project is selected, it will add a hyperlink that takes them directly to page 5 (the summary page of the project that they have selected)
- @Ebi Does design Issue #1368 address all the new changes? If so, we can close this issue.
- @entrotech #1368 does not address this, there is no design issue for this, you said the dropdown can be implemented without a design
