Implement Changes to Public Comment page

Overview

We need development to make a change to the Public Comment page which will go live on ____________ date and not before

Details

When the TDM calculator is sent to the Planning Commission, the Public Comment page needs to have a heading changes and some text added so that we are still taking feedback on the calculator but also directing people to the city clerk's office to give public comment

Action Items

• [x] Ask Emily and Alexander when this needs to go live, and update date above - September 22nd
• [ ] Ask Emily and Alexander for the two links needed (council file, and city clerk comment form)
  • [ ] remove product label and add front end label
  • [ ] add appropriate priority label
