Implement reminder email for the donor

Twenty four hours before the time I selected to drop off an item, I receive the following email:

SUBJECT LINE: Tomorrow: Drop off your donation and meet its recipient!

COPY IS:

Hi there,

Thank you for being a Spare donor! Here's a reminder that you'll meet your recipient on [full date] at [time]. You'll meet at:

[Location name] [Full location address]

Note: [any additional directions]

Item: [Item type] Size: [Size] Here's who you'll be meeting:

Name: [First name] Phone: [Phone] Email: [Email] Please keep this information confidential and don't post it anywhere online If you can no longer make it, PLEASE EMAIL US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: [[email protected]]. Someone is counting on you.

If you are running late, PLEASE CALL the recipient (if there is a contact number above in this email).

If the recipient does not come within 15 minutes, you can leave the item with The Shower of Hope staff, you can give it to another person receiving shower services or you can take it home with you and try to find another match.
