Replace email link with contact form

This should be easy to do now that we are using mailgun.

Maybe have a pre-selected list of topics ("Haven't received my item", etc) and a body field, as well as person's contact info.

Where would this contact form me located? Would it be at a url named /contact or would this be react component form that has a backend endpoint?

Probably the latter (React component with backend endpoint) just to make it easier.

This is a "nice-to-have", but isn't essential for launch.
