Develop a list of what features the MVP will need to have.

• [ ] Compile a list of questions from team and review with PO/client (issue #189 )
• [ ] Create a business process diagram for current process and review with PO/client (issue #188 )
• [ ] Create proposed user journeys for new tool and validate with PO/client
• [ ] Using the above, define the lists of features the MVP must have, as well as should have, could have, and cannot have
