Create a Wiki page

Overview

As this project grows we'll need a way to keep track of the resources we reference and create. Let's create a Wiki page to summarize the content we have and where to find it.

Action Items

Create a Wiki page. Hack for LA's 311 Data team has a really nice one. The 311 Data team page is broken into Requirements, Resources, Existing Tools, People Involved, Agendas, and Deliverables.

For now in Shared Housing, let's start with:

1. Internal Resources. A description of and directory to the many resources our team has already created.
2. External Resources. A description of and directory to useful or interesting resources (regarding homelessness, public services, algorithms, etc.) from outside our team.
3. People Involved. Our team roster.

OK I started it. I think for the resource directories we can just embed tables with links, one-line descriptions, and names of team members where appropriate.
