Add roadmap to landing page site

Overview

The landing page will be the main place for us to tell the outside world how our project is coming along. Let's replace the image under "Status" with the roadmap, and link it to an information page.

Action Items

On our landing page

1. Replace the current image under "status" with the roadmap.
2. Make the grey "Requirements Gathering" bubble a clickable link to a separate window.
3. In the separate window, place this image and label it "process", as well as this image which should be labeled "timeline". We'll move the red line soon.
4. Provide a way to navigate back to the home page from the separate window.
