Reviewed the existing one sheet. Also, looked into the Brigade Organizer's Playbook and BOP Processes and Practices data Can we include the learnings from each project that we are doing currently in the internal projects in one sheet? History or Roadmap needs to be included as well?

Internal Projects: Some of the best practices/processes that we are currently following across Hack for LA projects include:
- WIKI Template: This template helps new volunteers to onboard and get started on a project easily.
- Resume Content Building Tool: To help volunteers to turn their experience into bullet items on their resume.
- 1Password: To secure the passwords and make it easy for people to add/remove people from projects.

Internal Projects: Some of the best practices/processes that we are currently following across Hack for LA projects include:

- Resume content Building Tool: This tool is to help volunteers to turn their experience into bullet items on their resume. As the volunteers accomplish a work task in their projects, this tool will aid them to parallelly add those experiences in their resume.
- Competitive or Comparative analysis template: This template is for doing analysis between your project and similar or overlapping efforts. It will also ensure that you are not building something someone else had already built.
- GitHub: Kanban board setup: This setup is to make it easier for new people to get started on the project and for assisting existing members to know what is next and keep production flowing smoothly.
Under Development:
- WIKI Template: The purpose of this template is to help projects build their onboarding documentation quickly, so that new members can onboard easily and get started on the project.
- User Stories and Personas Template: This template will serve as a guide to create, use and store user stories and personas. It will include examples of user stories from various projects (ongoing/implemented) across Hack for LA.
- Project One Sheets: The product one sheets will provide an overview of projects to outside stakeholders. These sheets will also serve to create alignment on project between the organization and volunteers.
