Overview

We need to move files from our project folder to a newly created project drive so that the organisation (rather than an individual) has control over documents and to prevent the loss of documents when/if deleted by an individual.

Action Items

• [x] Create folders in new drive
• [ ] Create list of people and documents to be moved
• [ ] Share follow-up tasks between PMs

• [ ] Make duplicates if owners cannot conduct migration
• [ ] Confirm that all documents have been safely moved to Drive
