Create a roadmap for PM COP

Overview

We need a roadmap for the PM CoP so that we know what we want to achieve for the next 6 months and can have metrics to track implementation

• [ ] consolidate a summary of the issues below into a document grouping things into related areas like potential activities, career development etc.
• [ ] State Objectives for PM CoP
• [ ] Conduct research on motivations/desires for PMs
  • [ ] Review UI/UX CoP ReadMe for exit survey
  • [ ] Review previous surveys
  • [ ] Determine questions to be asked and questions already answered
  • [ ] Create research plan
• [ ] Utilise research findings for roadmap development
