Create a Guide: Communication (style) Guide for Document Creation template/examples
Overview
We need to create a guide to making a Communication (style) Guide for Document Creation so that the documents that come out of their projects will have a consistent look and feel that has been coordinated with HfLA org leadership to maintain brand consistency both in their project and with other projects in the portfolio.
Action Items
- [x] Gather examples of how other Hack for LA projects have done, adding each example below.
- [x] We have made the issues for you to post when you do outreach to the project leads. Use if you found helpful, otherwise, you can just ask them and annotate those issues (and this one) directly).
- [x] https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/issues/278
- [x] https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/issues/23
- [x] Once done, remove the "TG: Gather Examples" label and add the "TG: Draft Template" label

Hey @Tola-Fame , I'm a PM with 100A, I confirm you that we don't have a Communication Style Guide but would love to have one.
@ExperimentsInHonesty The PM with 100Automations confirmed not having a communication guide but will love to have one. I don't know how to respond it.
@Tola-Fame You left a note above https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/issues/22#issuecomment-1093005760 indicating that you had reached out to a few teams and checked Issues tab, Wiki, Slack channels. When you say that you have found nothing for all the other teams, does this include checking Issues, wiki and slack?
@ExperimentsInHonesty Yes, It does.
@Tola-Fame What I want you to do now, is integrate these found documents into the top of the issue with the rest you found.
- Guides Team
- Civic Tech Structure
- No way you could have found it without access to the drive
- Just a copy of it, not really started
- BallotNav
- Issue https://github.com/hackforla/ballotnav/issues/435 (found by searching the issues tab for "communication"
- Communication Guide
@ExperimentsInHonesty I have done that.
