• I have included Personas/User Journeys examples and links in the guide from the following projects -100 Automations, Record Clearance Project, Food Oasis, Ballot nav, 311 Data, Civic Tech Index

• Some of the projects don’t have anything to share yet, but this is something they are working on creating. I tried to reach out to all PM’s of the projects - VRMS, Home Unite us, Undebate, Record clearance.
