Fill in LP Roster Blanks

Dependencies

We need new people to join a team in order to have to update the roster. Once the roster is updated, we don't have to update it again until new people join or other members leave the team and can be marked as INACTIVE.

Overview

We need to update the information in the roster so that we know who is an active member of the team and whether or not they have access to all the platforms that the rest of the team has access to. This will help everyone gain an equal opportunity to contribute and collaborate on the project.

Action Items

  • [ ] Check the recent history on slack to see if anyone new has joined and hasn't announced themselves yet to the rest of the team.
  • [ ] Open the roster Google sheet to see if those people have added their name and information to the roster yet.
  • [ ] If their name isn't in the roster yet, add their name and Cher a link to the roster with those new people.
  • [ ] Grant access to those people when they request access to the sheet from their email.
  • [ ] Double check before the next weekly team meeting that the person has completed their information on the roster and if they haven't, bring it up during the meeting and make the request once more.
  • [ ] If it's still not complete, ask if there's anything you can do to help them understand the different fields on the roster.

As of today, roles and emails have been updated by @gregpawin and the status of all active members is accurate. Thanks, @gregpawin. Left to do: ensuring all active members have access to all platforms and security measures, like 2FA.
