Move Lucky Parking roster from Excel to Google document

Overview

We need to move the old Lucky Parking roster from Excel to a Google Document so that we always have a real-time central version of this document for people to collaborate on. This will help up stay current on who's active on the team and how many people to expect at weekly meetings.

Action Items

• [x] locate old roster files with the Google Drive.
• [x] create new roster document in Google Sheets
• [x] transfer information to the new roster document
• [x] remove information from the old roster documents
• [x] add a reference link to the new roster
• [x] update the team on where to find and use the new roster
