We need to have a checklist of items to do when a product manager onboard and offboards so that the process can be consistent and fast.

Most people are greyed out for me as well, so I can't remove them.

How would we know who should stay and who should be removed? What list of active members across the organization can we compare to?

I've sent feedback to Google on this one as well and explained the situation to see if they can help open up access to be able to remove users.

Was there anything else specific you'd like me to try?

I have opened an issue https://github.com/hackforla/admin/issues/47 on the Admin repo to address the zoom problem detailed in

Removing people from the zoom should be attempted but can be ignored if it does not work, until it does start working. Add anyone who you do want to remove, to the admin issue
