Fill out more car make and car abbreviations in citation-analysis branch reference folder

@Peter-Nooteboom Peter-Nooteboom This issue has not had an update since July 12, 2021. If you are no longer working on this issue please let us know. If you are able to give any closing comments related to why this issue stopped being worked on or if there are any other notes that never got added to the issue. We would appreciate it. If you are still working on the issue, please provide update using these guidelines

@gregpawin, before this and other new issues can move into the Prioritized Backlog, I'd love to understand more context about them to really know what's important and what's at stake as we try to prioritize. It's why I changed the title of this issue to include DRAFT.

Can you please update the Overview of this and other new issues to match the new template for Lucky parking?
