Create a way to download a report CSV

As Gina When I want to share a report of my work Then I want to be able to download a CSV from the web app So that I don't manually have to create it.

Notes From "Reports" in the top nav, that should instantly download the CSV which would include:

• Number of people seen
  

• Number of people at each status in the process
  

• Number of intakes
  

• Number of clinics
  

• Number of citations sent to court
  

• Number of citations dismissed
  

• Number of participants who worked with service providers
  

• What services people did and how many did each (broken down by service provider or activity. i.e. HepA vaccine- 45 people)
