Goals

Setup the base and file structure for the offline-first intake app using electron to serve as the basis for the intake form

Background

After discussion at 12/10's hacknight, (see #2), we've decided to use electron to build the offline first intake form. The form will save to a csv for the main app to import.

The fields necessary are in the Information Architecture wiki page.

Note that the intake form's design is still in progress.
