Add Suggestions Count column to Verification Admin grid

Overview

The idea is to add a column to the Verification Admin grid that shows how many pending suggestions are associated with each listing.

Action Items

• [ ] Add this count to the Stakeholder Select query service
• [ ] Display on the Verification Admin grid.
