Header change - editing final letter page (preview and edit)

Overview

Headers are inconsistent across the desktop/mobile etc. on Figma and need to be consistent. Also need to inform Dev which is the SOT for this.

When we finished IUT 2 in Nov/Dec 2022 we decided to allow the headers to be whatever they were on the live site, and made changing them low priority due to Dev's availability. We did have preferences for changes however. Now that Dev has more availability, and the headers are inconsistent across Figma, we will change them.

Right now Mobile says "Previewing" and uses - whereas Desktop does not have the word "Previewing" and uses :
Check for other inconsistencies.

The desktop version currently has this version:

Action Items

• [ ] Review existing copy
• [ ] Iterate a few solutions, add iterations to IUT 2 (2022) under archive page in it's own frame with names and dates from those who worked on it
• [ ] Select solution with the team
• [ ] Add final copy to Mobile WIP and Master Desktop
• [ ] Handover to Design for any changes
• [ ] Work with Design to handover to Dev (through Figma handover space) and create Github issue for Dev
• [ ] Close issue

Old issue that got lost in shuffle when team members left, need to double check, finalize, and make any changes if so. Back at the time, discussion was around a quick fix and then correcting to a better solution later. Will review.
