Second Internal Usability Testing (IUT 2) Research Plan and Guide

Overview

The Expunge Assist UX Research team will conduct a second round of usability testing (referred to as IUT 2) with internal volunteers from other Hack for LA teams to identify remaining major usability issues and evaluate product/feature improvements based on feedback from the first round of internal usability testing (#507).

Action Items

• [ ] Brainstorm with research team what went well/what didn't go well during the first round of usability testing to make any necessary modifications
• [ ] Collaborate with Content Lead (Sam) to review Figma [Link?] and identify priority features/updates for testing
• [ ] Review and revise according to updated priorities:
