[ Terminology ] Review the language on the landing page and FAQ for complicatedness and jargon [from usability testing]
Overview
Review the language on the landing page and FAQ for complicatedness and jargon: In particular, users wanted an easy explanation of “expungement” and “declaration letter.” (The phrase “record clearance” is also used and it was unclear if this is the same as “expungement.”) Cross references with glossary once that is done.

This can be relevant again for post IUT 2 results
issue is old, from results from IUT 1, needs to be follow up on when Content Terminology Research is done. And modify any actions necessary.
...also review language across the site once more work is done on guidelines.
The site’s FAQs currently contain content that can be construed as legal advice (such as all of the answers to Updates to California Law) and require revision to correct errors.
