Overview
The Expunge Assist research teams needs a set of instructions explaining how to recruit and engage community partners for research and marketing. This document will standardize and streamline recruitment and communication with partners.

Working Drafts

@Thomas-Pietruszewski I added all relevant documents. Ana did work on it already. I added comments also a while back, so use the version Newer with Comments.
The instructions draft for how to recruit participants looks pretty good now. I think we will just need to get feedback from the team and Bonnie and finalize it.
@jbsteinhardt we can remove OLD Version (I would delete it from google drive too not to confuse anyone). And we can rename the rest for clarity.
There are two Project One sheets: one for the Wiki and the other potential community partners. Bonnie gave a round of comments for Wiki version, and read the Partner version. Waiting for additional round of comments before finalizing.
- Project One Sheet - Wiki version. This doc is locked to prevent edits since it's linked to the live Wiki page. For edits, use this version.
- Project One Sheet - Partner version
The Partner One Sheet should be part of recruitment and outreach efforts.
