Design Audit/ Heuristic Evaluation

Overview

Research team will have a meeting with the design team to go through the figma of the product’s mobile version and website version

Action Items

Look at the existing product and find areas that could be improved. This is a great opportunity to hone in on what we can ask research for in terms of usability testing.

• [ ] Look at the full designs (both mobile and desktop) try to understand the flow
• [ ] Flag heuristics you see violated (https://useagility.com/blog/how-and-why-to-use-a-heuristic-evaluation/) This doesn't have to be super detailed or anything.
• [ ] Flag areas that you see as a potential issue.
• [ ] Document these through Figma comments and tag fellow teammates
• [ ] If you have any ideas on fixes document these as well, but be prepared to discuss too.
• [ ] Next meeting we can go through the flow and design in Figma, so come prepared with questions, or things that you want clarity around.
