General collaboration framework

Overview

This is an issue so we don't forget about our discussion/idea from the open sync on how to improve collaboration across the whole project. Inspired by the discussions concerning the open sync. This issue will need to be fleshed out some more but right now it is a space to track some of the thoughts and ideas that have already come up.

Action Items

• [ ] Designate the person(s) responsible for running these conversations, tracking the outcomes and writing the resources.
• [ ] Define check in expectations when 2 or more teams are working on the same issue. How often, and by what medium?
• [ ] Define which spaces are most useful for collaboration and discussion. How does collaboration change across Slack, Figma and Github?
• [ ] Each team that receives hand-offs can define their preferred hand-off process and add to the Wiki.
• [ ] Figure out when and how to incorporate the research team.
• [ ] Define each teams' roles within in the project, find gaps and overlaps, write corresponding documentation - this could be it's own issue(s).
